SPRING WATER DELIVERY
MASSAGE TOOLS: MASSAGE BALLS / FOAM ROLLERS
MY FAVORITE WATER - ALIVE WATER
We are mostly made of water. It's so important to keep our bodies hydrated so we have adequate water needed for our essential metabolic functions! I love the idea of drinking untainted, spring water loaded with natural minerals (rather than treated, municipal water).
Added bonus: Alive Water delivers, and happen to have beautiful flower of life artwork on the glass jugs.
If you order off the button below, you and I will both get an 11% discount!
TOOLS TO KEEP YOUR BODY FEELING GOOD BETWEEN SESSIONS:
MASSAGE BALLS & FOAM ROLLERS
I explain a bit about what I like about each roller and the individual balls in the section underneath.

The MEDIUM SILVER ball is available direct from Yamuna. All the other balls/rollers can be found both from OPTP or from Amazon --the price ends up being the same from either site once you factor in shipping. (I don't get kickbacks, just sharing information.)
MORE INFORMATION ABOUT EACH OF THE TOOLS:
4" SOFT FIRMNESS BALLS (especially for glutes & sacrum)
These are great to release fascia and stuck fluid in glutes and sacrum, which allows lymphatic fluid from the legs to flush properly. I like to inflate one of them a little more, to get a little more push back. You need a pump to inflate. (If you don't have one, ask me, and I can inflate it for you. )
9" MEDIUM FIRMNESS SILVER BALL (especially for inner thighs, and upper chest/clavicle)
I recommend OPTP Brand therapeutic grade rollers with a matte finish, which grip the tissue nicely. These are all great options and each of them have different effects on the body. I have them all and use them for different purposes. I highly recommend trying a softer roller than you are accustomed to, so you can experience what it feels like for your tissue to relax and release around a softer tool. Sometimes less is truly more. It's something that must be experienced to understand. I could say more, but I don't want to bore you. Just ask, if you have any questions.
Also, if you want a more in depth understanding of using the rollers &/or balls, we can schedule an appointment!
