I'm excited to share space with you again and I hope you'll join for this opportunity to set up some time to integrate body, mind and spirit through a form of self massage, I've created. This is my GIFT to you (and me).
WHAT IT IS: Join me for a session where you’ll learn to relax, restore and reset your body with a foam roller (OR yoga mat / rolled towels).
We'll share space together as I introduce techniques to help:
We will begin with a grounding meditation, an introduction to approach, after which we’ll hop on the roller together for a guided tour of a few positions (talking through the pose, and how to experience the opening and relaxing in your body). Focus will be on how to tailor approach to your unique bodymind experience, working at a pace to guarantee the most profound shift in a safe and deeply restorative way.

A long foam roller 6"x36" OR
2 rolled towels OR a yoga mat (roll them and secure with rubber bands to be 36" long- see vid below)
