SCHEDULING A SESSION Currently, I am available for sessions most weekdays & weekends with appointment times starting from 11am to 6pm. To set up your session TEXT me what days / times work best for you, so I can send you some options to choose from. In order to secure a time, it can be helpful to book a week or so in advance. It's important to open the whole body in order to restore flow to your entire system, even if you may be having a localized issue. With time and attention, your body/mind/spirit and nervous system have the opportunity to relax more deeply and let go on another level. **I recommend starting with a 2 hour (or at a minimum 90 minute) session for whole body maintenance. Shorter sessions are available, however, I find there's usually more to explore/release than time will allow. Feel free to set up a time to talk if you have any questions about my always evolving approach or how to figure out how much time you'd like on the table. PRE-SESSION GUIDELINES. *If you have time to shower or take a warm bath before your session, this can be enhance the work we can do with your tissues. I highly recommend! **Please postpone when....** ..... you've been around anyone sick, or have been experiencing have any cold/ flu-like symptoms; cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, etc. ...... even when you feel better IF you still have a stuffy/drippy nose, and/or cough. Please postpone until symptoms are fully resolved. APPROACH TO SAFETY - Clean sheets & sanitized face cradle between sessions. - High grade HEPA Filter Air Purifiers in Room. Feel free to bring anything else that makes you feel comfortable, hand sanitizer, mask, water, etc. CANCELLATION POLICY If you do need to cancel for some reason, please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
