SCHEDULING A SESSION
Currently, I am available for sessions most weekdays & weekends with appointment times starting from 11am to 6pm. To set up your session TEXT me what days / times work best for you, so I can offer some options to choose from. In order to secure a time, it can be helpful to book a week or so in advance. **I recommend starting with a 2 hour or at a minimum 90 minute session for whole body maintenance. It's important to open the whole body in order to restore flow to your entire system, even if you may be having a localized issue. With time and attention, your body/mind/spirit and nervous system have the opportunity to relax more deeply and let go on another level. PRE-SESSION GUIDELINES. *If you have time to shower or take a warm bath before your session, this can be enhance the work we can do with your tissues. I highly recommend! **Please postpone when....** ..... you've been around anyone sick, or have been experiencing have any cold/ flu-like symptoms; cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, etc. ...... even when you feel better IF you still have a stuffy/drippy nose, and/or cough. Please postpone until symptoms are fully resolved. CANCELLATION POLICY If you do need to cancel for some reason, please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
